STIPEND ENTRY

This is screen has a lot in it, but it still follows the one-screen concept – no jumping from one screen to another or scrolling. The picture is almost fully self-explanatory.

This screen makes use of dropdowns for stipend codes and for the stations. It is a “smart” screen in that t can limit the choice of possible stations to those the volunteer is assigned to. The stipends dropdown shows what the stipend codes are, and the screen sub-totals as you go.

There is a place for entering leave hours and notice the current balance across the top of the screen. However, you can make use several pre-defined leave accumulation scenarios. See more about this in the options screen.
