Use “Choose Fields” to limit your view to just the ones you want, and arrange everything so that you have a nice-looking view


Notice that you can also print your results or export them into a spreadsheet


Applications:

–Show only the volunteer name and gender, and sort by gender. All of the volunteers that don’t have a gender filled in float to the top of the list.


–Sort by a date to see if you’ve mistakenly entered a “bad” date, such as 12/12/1213. (Appears at the top of the list) or 12/12/2525 (bottom of the list).
